‎قِصَّةُ العُصْفُورِ الصَّغِيرِ وَالصَّوْتِ الجَمِيلِ

‎كَانَ يَا مَا كَانَ، فِي غَابَةٍ خَضْرَاءَ جَمِيلَةٍ، عُصْفُورٌ صَغِيرٌ يُسَمَّى سَامِيًا. كَانَ سَامِيٌّ يُحِبُّ أَصْدِقَاءَهُ كَثِيرًا، وَلَكِنَّهُ كَانَ دَائِمًا يَقُولُ فِي نَفْسِهِ:
«أَنَا صَغِيرٌ، وَجَنَاحَايَ لَيْسَا قَوِيَّيْنِ مِثْلَ جَنَاحَيْ النَّسْرِ، وَلَا أَسْتَطِيعُ السِّبَاحَةَ مِثْلَ البَطَّةِ». ‎فِي يَوْمٍ مِنَ الأَيَّامِ، اجْتَمَعَتِ الحَيَوَانَاتُ فِي سَاحَةِ الغَابَةِ لِتُقَدِّمَ كُلُّ وَاحِدَةٍ مَوْهِبَتَهَا. طَارَ النَّسْرُ عَالِيًا فِي السَّمَاءِ، وَسَبَحَتِ البَطَّةُ فِي البِرْكَةِ بِمَهَارَةٍ. شَعَرَ سَامِيٌّ بِالحُزْنِ، وَوَقَفَ صَامِتًا لَا يَعْرِفُ مَاذَا يَفْعَلُ. ‎اقْتَرَبَ مِنْهُ البُومُ الحَكِيمُ وَقَالَ بِلُطْفٍ:
«يَا سَامِيُّ، كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ فِينَا لَهُ شَيْءٌ خَاصٌّ يُمَيِّزُهُ، فَلَا تُقَارِنْ نَفْسَكَ بِغَيْرِكَ». ‎أَغْمَضَ سَامِيٌّ عَيْنَيْهِ، وَأَخَذَ نَفَسًا عَمِيقًا، ثُمَّ بَدَأَ يُغَرِّدُ بِصَوْتٍ جَمِيلٍ وَعَذْبٍ. تَوَقَّفَتِ الحَيَوَانَاتُ كُلُّهَا وَأَخَذَتْ تَسْتَمِعُ بِدَهْشَةٍ وَفَرَحٍ. كَانَ صَوْتُهُ أَجْمَلَ مِنْ أَيِّ شَيْءٍ سَمِعُوهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ. ‎اِبْتَسَمَ سَامِيٌّ وَشَعَرَ بِالثِّقَةِ فِي نَفْسِهِ، وَعَرَفَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ يَمْتَلِكُ شَيْئًا أَفْضَلَ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ، وَأَنَّ الثِّقَةَ بِالنَّفْسِ تَبْدَأُ مِنْ مَعْرِفَتِنَا بِقِيمَتِنا. <####eng> The Little Bird and the Beautiful Voice Once upon a time, in a beautiful green forest, there was a little bird named Sami. Sami loved his friends very much, but he always said to himself:
“I am small, my wings are not as strong as the eagle’s wings, and I cannot swim like the duck.” One day, the animals gathered in the forest square, and each one showed its talent. The eagle flew high in the sky, and the duck swam skillfully in the pond. Sami felt sad and stood silently, not knowing what to do. The wise owl came closer to him and said gently:
“O Sami, each one of us has something special that makes him unique, so do not compare yourself to others.” Sami closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and then began to sing with a beautiful and sweet voice. All the animals stopped and listened with amazement and joy. His voice was more beautiful than anything they had heard before. Sami smiled and felt confident in himself. He realized that he might have something better than others, and that self-confidence begins with knowing our own value. And so, Sami learned that every child is special in their own way, and that self-confidence is the key to success.
